What’s your return policy?
If you receive any damaged or unusable items we ask that you document said items and send an image to email@example.com. We will respond immediately and, upon validation, will send you replacement items. Some items can be returned or properly disposed of.
What's the shipping ETA?
We work with our customers to establish a plan that works for them. Items in stock that are processed before 4:30PM EST will be delivered via 2 day shipping for free.
What if I need an item immediately?
It is our duty to serve you. Any item that you need, we will work with you to get it to your doorstep as soon as possible. Products can be shipped overnight and usually arrive mid-morning.
Do you carry generics and retail pharmacy products?
Yes! We specialize in specialty pharmacy/compounding products but can obtain almost anything you need. If you are looking for something we do not actively stock, we are more than happy to discuss ordering and inventory moving forward.
